We are looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our location Shanghai.

Your tasks:

• Responsible for daily Inventory/Sales/PO/SO report collection
• Tracking GIT from supplier
• Update raw data of Power BI Dash-board
• Material planning Master and basic data collection and analysis for CIM function
• As project coordinator to coordinate meeting invitation and minutes and good timing control
• Other tasks assigned by manager

Your profile:

• Ensure attendance for 3 days or more per week for 6 months
• Undergraduate or post-graduate student statistics or supply chain
• Interested material management and planning and data analysis
• Excellent communication skills across internal and external stakeholders
• Enthusiastic, extroverted, Can work under pressure
• Strong with Microsoft Office tools for Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI
• Quick learner and high execution power
