• 严格遵守总部质量政策、SOP、现行已批准的检验方法，按照检测计划对原料、中间体、成品进行检测和稳定性研究，及时出具报告，确保数据的可靠准确。根据工作需要参与方法确认及验证工作。
• 支持工艺验证、清洁验证、第二供应商开发、偏差调查等的检测工作。
• 按照标准操作程序管理和使用实验室仪器、试剂、标准溶液和对照品，及时记录配制、使用记录和检验记录。
• 负责实验室仪器校验和日常维护。
• 对实验中出现的偏差及时报告主管或经理，协助主管或经理进行OOS/QR调查。
• 在实验前阅读并熟悉每种试剂的MSDS，严格遵守公司EHS规定。
• 完成包干区的5S职责。
• 根据需要完成实验室分配的其它工作。

最低任职要求MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 教育程度/经验 Education Background/ Experience：化学或药学相关专业，大专以上学历，能阅读英文药典，可以运用office软件。
• 特别知识Special Knowledge：制药专业知识，制药行业GMP专门知识，国家药品法规，劳动法、环保法等，掌握化验基本理论及基础仪器操作（如滴定/紫外/红外）。

技能Skills

• 岗位技能：能熟练掌握理化检测和简单仪器的操作维护和检测工作。
• 沟通能力：具备一定的沟通，表达能力；和同事交流/向上级汇报工作时能做到没有沟通障碍。
• 知识分享：积极和同事交流，分享自己的经验/技巧以及遇到的问题。
• 持续改进：能发现岗位操作中持续改进的机会点。
• 团队合作：对部门/小组的人员和各职位的工作内容有清晰的认识，能很好的和同一组的同事协同工作，具备团队意识及相互帮助的精神。
