The Intelligent Conversation and Communications (IC3), consisting of hundreds of micro-services, powers billions of real-time customer conversations in products across the Microsoft ecosystem (including TEAMS, Skype, and Dynamics) and third-party apps and experiences through Azure Communication Services. Our services are the foundation for reliable and high-quality audio/video calls, meetings, and messaging on desktop, mobile, web, and embedded endpoints. Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced software engineer who is passionate about building innovative solutions with state-of-the-art technology.

• Deliver on various across-IC3 initiatives, providing technical guidance and expertise, driving the overall software design and implementation of complex, large-scale software solutions.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies, making recommendations for adoption and integration into existing systems and processes.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the globe, presenting complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Drive to make tough technical decisions in face of ambiguity to unblock team with clear course of action.

Qualifications Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  
  • OR equivalent experience.
• Proficient English skills and ability to work with global teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Practical experience on cloud native technologies, service reliability, chaos engineering, and performance optimization.
• Demonstrated success in creating an environment that fosters delivering results through collaboration in cross-organization projects with sense of personal ownership and accountability.
• Solid problem solving and analytical skills, with experience and interest in engineering systems.
