Fulfill or exceed the PPE annual sales quota given by MSA China in Northern part of Xinjiang; Effective development, management and training of dealers; Industrial end-user and project discovery,Explore high prosperity industrial users, especially OGPC; Improve product knowledge and MSA team work ability;
Qualifications:

Educational requirements: Bachelor degree;
More than 10 years industrial product sales experience, more than 5 years PPE product sales experience;
Responsible for PPE sales in MSA Xinjiang region;
Complete the annual sales target in the responsible area, establish and maintain good customer relationship with customers, maintain regular contact with customers, and ensure that the MSA solutions provided meet customer needs;
Consolidate and develop dealers/agents in the responsible territory, ensure that dealers/agents receive appropriate support, training and evaluation to keep dealers motivated and complete the annual growth plan of MSA dealers;
Establish regional customer relationships in petroleum, petrochemical and chemical industries, follow up industry projects, ensure project winning rate to increase MSAs market share; At the same time pay attention to the non-ferrous metal industry, new energy industry, municipal industry and other sales opportunities;
Regularly submit sales reports on market trends, customer needs, competition, projects, etc.
