职位概览:

• This position works on-site to schedule daily remelt production plan and Homo plan
• This position works mainly for remelt workshop, including installations of casting and homogenization.

岗位职责与职位要求: Responsibilities:

• Implement the safety-first principle

• Follow EHS rules and safety operation procedures.
• Timely report the accident and near miss events.
• Participate in EHS training.
• Be responsible for the security of oneself and colleagues.

• Homogenization loading

• Work with casting long term planner to better fit homogenization productivity requirements.
• Utilize the over-production as buffering to maximize load of homogenization.
• Combination and optimization of homo loading under guidance of master scheduling and homo codes.

• Achieve monthly production target

• Feedback production actual status, and work with long term planner adjust further production plan.
• Coordinate with workshop to adjust necessary casting sequence to maximize productivity.

Skills to have:

• College degree and above, majored in science and engineering, etc.;
• Language: Basic English in reading/writing, able to understand English documents; good Oral English is a plus;
• Computer Skill: Good in Excel; experience with MES production system is a plus;
• Others: Excellent communication skills；Working under pressure; responsible personality; be capable to work in frontline workshops;
• The ability to learn continuously and quickly under all circumstances and situations;
• Demonstration of energy, drive and enthusiasm in the pursuit of goals;
• Be proactive. Actively integrating into the team and actively seeking help to adapt to the new environment, etc.;
• Working in teams effectively for delivering shared goals;
• Build long lasting, trustworthy and productive relationships with all stakeholders;
• Continuously up-grade skills, acquire knowledge, broaden perspective, and build experiences
