After-sales Service Manager

Responsible for domestic and overseas after-sales service management of charging, photovoltaic, energy storage and transmission and distribution products.
负责国内及海外充电、光伏、储能和输配电产品售后服务管理。 Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:主要的责任/职责 1. Lead the team to establish aftermarket service network domestic and oversea (e.g. Asia, EU) to support sales market development and maintenance. (如亚洲、欧洲)售后服务网络，为销售市场开拓和维护提供支持。 2.Responsible for reasonably allocating internal and external resources to meet customer needs for after-sales service 负责根据客户对售后服务的需求，合理调配内、外部资源满足客户要求 3.Responsible for guiding the team to analyze the performance of various products in the market of the factory, and cooperating with R&D, Quality and other departments to promote the improvement and optimization of product quality and functions. 负责指导团队对工厂各类产品在市场上的表现进行分析，协同研发、质量等部门推动产品质量、功能的提升和优化
4.Responsible for after-sales service standard set up and optimization and ensure the implementation in XIA service team. 负责充电桩售后服务标准建立及优化并确保襄阳团队的有效执行
5.Work with global team to enhance warranty management and develop business model for service. 与全球服务团队合作加强保内服务管理并开发服务业务模模式
6.Build up effective team；supervise and guide the daily team work; conduct and feedback regular/irregular performance evaluation; recruit, coach and develop team members 建立有效的团队监督和指导日常团队工作；进行和反馈定期/不定期的绩效评估；招募、指导和培养团队成员 7.Other duties assigned by the manager. 完成上级领导安排的其他工作 Requirements/Qualifications:要求/资格 1.Technical secondary school or above; Major in mechatronics or electrical related 本科及以上学历;机电一体化或电气相关专业优先 2.Familiar with the domestic electric vehicle charging after-sales service market, and have an international vision 熟悉国内电动汽车充电售后服务市场，同时具有国际化视野， 3.At least 5 years working experiences in EV charging, experienced in after-sales service team management, oversea after-sales service experience is required. 5年以上充电桩售后服务团队管理经验并具有海外市场服务经验 4.
