Your role：

• Handle daily operation of import shipment, including international transportation arrangement, documents preparation, track and trace, customs clearance, domestic delivery, etc.
• Proficient in processing trade and independently complete the application, modification, and cancellation of processing trade Customs E-book, and handle Customs declarations through the single window platform.
• Conduct Customs declarations for filing or changes in unit consumption according to processing trade laws and regulations, combined with the companys actual manufacturing process conditions.
• Conduct regular inventory checks with related colleagues and on-site audits of warehouses and workshops, prepare discrepancy reports between Customs E-book and physical inventory.
• Operate Customs Trade Management Systems, provide timely suggestions for system optimization to address operational issues.
• Familiar with temporarily import and export operation, such as ledger management, Customs deposit extension and cancel after verification.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by upper management.

Who you are:

Education

• Bachelor or higher degree in logistics, international trade or related majors. Chemicals background is preferred.

Work Experience

• Minimum 8 years solid processing trade, international transportation, customs clearance experience; able to independently handle the entire process of processing trade operations
• Logistics experience in import & export / logistics area / international transportation, chemical industry is preferred.
• Proficient in operating SAP, ERP, and the single window platform, with a solid understanding of import and export customs clearance procedures.
• Professional sensitive to Customs policy understanding and adjustment. keep good communication and cooperation with China Customs and other government authorities.
• Sensitivity to data, able to foresee customs clearance anomalies, with strong problem-solving abilities and cost control awareness.

Other Skills

• English fluency in written and verbal.
• Experience user for MS office , especially EXCEL and Power Point.

• Government relationship and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong team spirit and a positive, proactive work attitude.
• Optimistic and outgoing, with excellent communication, expression, and logical thinking
• Continuous improvement tools; numerical and financial analysis and risk analysis
