Role Title: Category TMKT Operation Specialist, Wellness Report to: Category TMKT Director Location: Shanghai Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities： Responsible for collection, organization, distribution and optimization of wellness channel operation materials (including listing materials, LENC materials, new generic name switch materials, and daily business operation materials, etc.). Work closely with wellness supply chain, retail channel and commercial team partners, monthly follow-up and communication on product and packaging change progress, new product listing progress, and corresponding channel materials preparation progress. Closely follow-up on external category and industry data and translate it into internal business analysis report (such as bi-weekly Zhongkang Lingsu category trend report, Zhongkang Lingxi Shopper report, Iqvia MKT Share report, etc.). TMKT daily operation optimization: PO order management, quarterly business analysis, Category TMKT expenses and allocation management. Ensure all listing materials content compliance with Haleon policy. Desired experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration or related area
• Minimum 3 years working experience of FMCG industry, In-store activation experience is a plus.
• In depth knowledge of agency management
• High ability of communication and expression
• Work independently
• Spirit of entrepreneurship and teamwork
• Good command of English
