建立健全特种设备安全技术档案,并维护档案资料的及时更新; 按照法规要求及时申请和办理特种设备使用登记及到期前证件更新等; 按照规定组织制定特种设备的安全管理规程; 根据法规及公司要求完成每日巡查,并形成特种设备安全检查记录; 组织对特种设备作业人员和技术人员完成规定的相关培训; 对特种设备维护保养过程和结果进行监督检查,配合做好现场安全工作; 编制特种设备及其安全附件自行检测和定期检验计划,并配合FM落实相关检测和计划; 按照规定制定特种设备应急预案及组织定期演练; 完成领导分配的其他特种设备相关的工作。
