Come join the creative and empowered company, IFF is looking for a Sub Team (Improvement) Leader to support the development of Shared Service Center in Kunshan. KSSC Kunshan provide procurement service to the legal entities in GA.

• Lead category support team to implement KPI target.
• Manage KSSC requisition to pay process, play as bridge to connect Global guidance to local.
• Global/Reginal Project involvement and drive the result.
• Supplier interaction and follow up.
• Payment term verification and other Exceptional Notice resolution coordination.
• Vendor master set up and review coordination.
• Identifies and drives continuous improvement in the buy and in the contractual relationship with suppliers.
• Work collaboratively with other sourcing colleagues to develop and share best practices and procurement process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree is expected.
• 3 years RTP process management experience.
• Fluent English reading and speaking skill is required, Japanese/Korean skill is a plus.
• Sourcing, supply chain or service center experience is needed.
• Skills and experience in handling issues.
• Strong skills in Microsoft excel.
• Knowledge and experience with SAP are a plus.
• Solid interpersonal/facilitation skills, team player.
• Sense of efficiency, urgency and priority.
• Analytical and negotiation skills and ability to influence supplier on mindset change is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross functional and cross business environment.
• Exhibits high business ethics and principle-based behavior. Ability to communicate across all levels, energetic, enthusiastic, with a positive.
