What you can contribute?

• Overall responsible for modelling system (AIMMS), build models to address SC/distribution challenges, define and implement the appropriate analytical solution to deliver results
• Translate data into information and insights for decision making with clear scenario analysis and execution plan to drive result
• Review and validate data, build and validate models, run scenarios, and communicate the ideas and solutions of predictive and prescriptive modelling
• Lead or participate in local and global simplification and optimization projects in the fields of logistics, order to cash and supply chain planning for both ML China and HK/TW (Greater China) . Collaborate with other supply chain functions and digital team to build the best algorithm in the digital tool (eg. Control Tower) to meet customers’ requirements Act as a facilitator to promote, train lean methodology within supply chain organization and to improve the outcomes of operational process via Kaizen Events to improve efficiency, reduce cost and increase customer satisfaction
• Provide structured analysis to identify performance improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement projects to bring it from concept into reality
• Leverage knowledge from outside and ensure a sustainable implementation and knowledge transfer within Supply Chain, locally or globally

What you should have?

Education:

• Bachelor degree in Operations Research / Management Information System / Supply Chain or other related areas
• Master degree or above is a plus
• Professional certificiation in APICS CPIM / CSCP preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Experience & knowledge:

• >5 years experience in Supply chain /Business analysis/ industry engineering/ or supply chain consulting
• Strong understanding of Statistics or advanced analytics as applied to business data analysis
• Experience in modeling and simulation required – in supply chain, distribution or transportation planning
• Experience in modeling and simulation tools (e.g. AIMMS, ILOG) or Optimization solutions (e.g. Llamasoft) is a plus
• Advanced PPT and project management tools and techniques
• Experience in a consulting role to offer advice and expertise to their clients in the fields of supply chain planning , logistics and order managment, digital operation and strategic planning is a plus
