Sr. Manager – IT BP Finance China

Summary -The Strategic Business Partner for [complex business process/site/sub-function] drives and ensures that TT global and local (where applicable) demand is captured from business and collaborates with other TT functions to ensure quality services are delivered to stakeholders as per agreed service descriptions. -This role contributes to the organizations strategy and implements objectives with technology strategy development, solution discovery, service, risk and relationship management. -Acts as the Product Line Market or Country Lead. -Responsible for product lifecycle in close partnership with the Global Product Line Lead and Business Product Owner. -Manages the technical product roadmap for a specific region or country. -Contributes to the Product Roadmap from ideation, to development through adoption and value realization. -Participates in prioritizing features to build minimum viable products towards incrementally delivering maximum business value. -Represent the business and customer strategy within the specific country/market/region. About the Role

Key Responsibilities：

• Understand the business strategy, requirements and processes of the Finance teams in China and align IT strategy and services accordingly.
• Provide expertise in supporting the Finance business and manage demands including analyzing, budgeting, and initiating a variety of projects.
• Act as the GF representative in China, supporting global projects country roll out and ensuring successful implementation.
• Manage the IT project portfolio for the business, ensuring the alignment and integration of projects and change efforts.
• Manage communication with stakeholders at all levels, developing and maintaining strong relationships.
• Leverage deep experience in finance ERP & digital solutions to help support our business objectives.
• Serves as point of escalation. Key business partner for business continuity.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role, showing in-depth knowledge about Finance digital technology and SAP solution.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage high-level stakeholders.
• Proven project management skills.
• Experience in new company establishment, shared service center setup and other related IT management are preferred.
• Native Chinese speaker, Business fluent in English (Written and spoken)

Desirable Requirements:

• Pharmaceutical industry experience is advantageous.
