What is the job about?

To drive the growth of Grundfos DBS trade online sales in key platforms both top line and bottom line. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of eCommerce platforms in China, experience in working with partner agencies, and a strategic mindset to balance the growth of flagship sales stores (FSS) with eDealers.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize flagship stores on JD.com and Tmall;
• Collaborate with partner agencies to execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales strategies. Develop and implement strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and overall sales performance;
• Develop a balanced strategy to grow both FSS and eDealer sales through differentiation;
• Manage key eDealer sales by analyzing data and build strong partnership;
• Work with marketing team to create premium content optimize USP and sales arguments;
• Ensure a consistent and engaging customer experience across all online channels;
• Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, logistics, finance, and customer service to ensure seamless operations;
Stay updated on industry trends, maintain relationship with platform category managers, and keep close watch on competitors’ activities

Your background

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field;
• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce management, JD.com and Tmall FSS experience is a must;
• Proven track records of driving sales growth and optimizing online stores;
  Experience with offline dealer management and online eDealer management experience strongly preferred;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions;
• Experience with hardware category or small electronics category
