Service Coordinator - Dalian

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Create scheduled SO, support engineers on SMS/TimeWriting/Call Handling errors and issues solving
• Generate all kinds of reports and supply data analysis, like OSO, labor hours usage, parts usage, local solving rate, Install base, Contract list etc..
• Deliver SAP relevant training to engineers as key user
• Co-work with CS manager and AM / SBM on quotations, commercial contracts preparation
• Spare parts, Billable parts sales, quotation preparation , margin, approval process, sales order creation
• Billable labor sales, quotation preparation, margin, approval process
• PO recognition, approval, booking and filing
• Close communication with customer, co-work with finance and CSCM on invoice, goods shipment, AR….
• Support commercial contract quotation preparation

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor degree
• 3-5 working experience

COMPETENCES:

• Effective communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment
• Good customer skills
• Good English language skills both verbal and written
• Good team player who is committed to the success of ASML
• Motivated, pro-active, self-driven and flexible
• SAP experience will be preferred
• Familiar with the Microsoft office for report and update, such as: word/excel/ppt and data analysis
