We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Officer - MEMBER SERVICES - TKH

Principal responsibilities

• Provide professional fund administrative services to registered members, employers & fund managers.
• Process requests for Enrolment, Contribution, Switching/Redirection, Termination, Claim, Transfer and Static Data change according to laid down SOP and deadline.
• Prepare and review reports to regulator, fund managers, employers and members.
• Strong sense MPFA requirement and retirement fund knowledge.
• Being able to handle multiple different processes / tasks and to coach and train Fund Administrator/Assistant Fund Administrator plus check and monitor their works.
• Being able to lead routine operation and projects, conducting SOPs drafting and process monitorin.
• Perform UAT when required.

• University Degree from accredited university.
• Sound PC knowledge in Excel and MS Word.
• Good communication in both English and Chinese.
• Being organized and detail oriented.
• Team spirit.
• Risk awareness.
• Analytical skills and problem solving.
• Knowledge of fund industry and good grasp of fund handling.
• Subject matter expert in specific areas of fund services is preferred.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
