  • Conduct daily call backs to factories in accordance with the daily sampling plan and tracking requests

raised by the operational teams, while collecting feedback from the factories.

  • Ensure timely internal communication, promptly and effectively relay feedback to relevant teams for

investigation or follow-up actions.

  • Perform remote surprise audit on QIMA inspectors China and overseas countries on a daily basis,

promoting ethical conduct.

  • Assist the Sales team, Key Account team, or Compliance team in retrieving target data based on the

needs of claim investigation or data management purposes.

  • Distribute compliance surveys, track feedback, and follow up.

  • Possesses a strong commitment to professional integrity.
  • Holds a college degree or higher in English or an equivalent field.
  • Demonstrates fluency in both Mandarin and English.
