Job Purpose: Faced with the growing number of top clients in Mainland China and the evolving diversity and sophistication among them, VIC team must engage our top clients through unsurpassed level of experiences across all touchpoints and offer a truly personalized and meaningful client relationship based on Top Client Relational Promise while equipping our boutiques with capabilities to qualitatively understand our clients and to support our clients to know Chanel like no other and inspire her to write her own story with Chanel. Key Responsibilities: VIC Development Strategy & Governance Model
  • Always think ahead of time to build long term strategy with clear prioritization for the team
  • Identify new projects and tasks to meet VIC ambition, drive and execute initiatives that goes beyond the two streams (VIC Engagement and VIC Governance & Capabilities)
  • Represent VIC team for local stakeholders, represent Mainland China for regional/global stakeholders
  • Realize VIC Strategy into framework of processes and tools to ensure clear communication and proper support for the boutiques
  • Consolidate and analyze VIC intelligence to build strategies relevant to today and tomorrow (e.g. OBOS, new event / activity format suggestion, potential client identification, VIC facing capabilities, etc.)
VIC Engagement
  • Plan out-of-boutique activities for the year with target audience, coverage and regional/internal balance in mind
  • Collaborate with other divisions and departments to build a harmonious and balanced plan
  • Establish clear objectives, strategy, communication plan and governance for each activity
  • Based on Mainland China needs, develop new formats and strategies to engage clients in the most relevant way, enriching local experiences catalogues including cultural and client-centric opportunities
BTQ Capability Uplifting
  • VIC dedicated roles in boutiques to play a role as a bridge between the office VIC team and boutique, aligning on ambition, strategy and direction of all VIC related topics
  • VIC facing capabilities elevation including Brand posture, Personal Sophistication, and building the fundamentals
  • Support in boutique ecosystem event/activity execution
Team Management
  • People: ensure “Me at My Best” and “Work/Life Balance” is practiced for everyone in the team
  • Workstreams: guide both workstreams with a holistic vision to connect them with clear direction and support
  • Orchestrate VIC Calendar according to the annual priority & connecting the two streams
VIC Facing & Hosting when needed in events/activities/trips What you can bring to the team Person Specifications: Academic / Professional Qualifications University graduate or above Work Experience
  • At least 12 years working experience
  • Luxury industry is preferred
