Job Summary

The Warehouse Specialist will responsible for the daily operation in warehouse with the objective of achieving the lowest cost, best quality and timeliness in accordance with company target. Covering the warehouse and intra-logistics physical activities as well as goods movement in SAP and documentation. Assure material receiving in time, issue materials based on FIFO, proper inventory management and goods storage.

Educational / Professional Experience Requirements

• 6-8 years’ working experience on warehouse management and solid warehouse operation knowledge in medical devices, FMCG or automotive manufacturing field.
• College degree or equivalent training in Logistics or Supply Chain management.
• Familiar with SAP transaction in warehouse related, shop floor execution system (MES) and MS-Office.
• Hands-on, communicative and team oriented work behavior, well demonstrated as a quick learner and team player.
• Analytical skills, systematic work approach & highly motivate, self-driven individual

Role, Responsibilities

• Monitoring computer screens or mobile device applications to track orders, inventory levels, incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Communicating with other departments, such as production and quality inspection, to ensure all products are received and shipped with qualified status in a timely manner.
• Stocking shelves with new products or removing old products for sale or disposal.
• Performing physical tasks such as lifting heavy boxes or moving large objects.
• Keeping records of warehouse inventory levels and product locations to ensure all items are accounted for.
• Maintaining a safe work environment by following safety guidelines for lifting heavy objects, wearing protective equipment, or using safety equipment such as forklifts.
• Performing other tasks as assigned by SCM Manager, such as labeling boxes with barcodes or scanning items with a barcode scanner.
• Review business process and initiate by giving suggestions to drive for continuous warehouse improvement and warehouse efficiency.
