EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

You will work in a multinational team in close cooperation with experts from all over the world with a focus on supporting customers from Asia Pacific. Next to technical skills, proficiency in English language is key, and Japanese speaking will be an advantage.

Your main tasks:

• Receive cases from customer and acknowledge receipt to the Customer comprehensive problem description
• Translate case in Japanese into English
• Check information provided by the customer and provide solution to customer if you find it by searching in support database.
• Forward to next support level if you can provide solution.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Undergraduate
• Degree in Finance, science or engineering is an advantage
• Excellent analytical skills
• Proficiency in English and Japanese (spoken, written and customer management)
• Open and professional communication style
• Strong team player who learns and adapts quickly
• Enjoy and derive satisfaction from direct interfacing with customers

Work location: Dalian

Work schedule: at least 3 days a week for 6 months
