Digital & AI Specialist

The Digital & AI Specialist is a key role in the journey of Forvia digital transformation strategy, as he/she will leverage the Data tools(low-code & big data) and AI platform to create innovative and customized solutions in various business scenarios by working with partners.

The main missions of the role are:

• Big data Project Development
  • Design, develop, and deliver logic applications and data architecture within the data platform tools. This includes analyzing requirements, designing prototypes, developing scripts, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deploying solutions.
  • Establish methodologies for developing data-driven advanced analytics solutions. This includes tasks such as data engineering, modeling, simulation, and building rule engines.
  • Work closely with Business Groups (BGs), Plants, and Global Information Technology (GIT) internal team to provide insightful consulting suggestions in data platform applications development,so to meet specific business scenarios.
  • Work with team to rollout data application, and provide operational support for logic application solutions to ensure its stablility and reliability.
  • Support Data governance process to continuously improve data quality.
  • Be able to provide low-code platfrom(e.g.Microsoft power platform) training, and routine project development support.
• AI Project Launch&Management
  • Provide AI/Generative training to common users, so to augment them to identify potential use case.
  • AI or Generative AI use case identification by working with each department, and define project requirements.
  • Support AI or Generative AI projects roadmap definition.
  • Coordinate various resources to deliver project according to defined requirement and roadmap, and support routine maintenance.
  • Sometimes need to join AI/Generative AI project development if required.
• Digital innovation promotion
  • Following innovative digital technology(not limited to Big data/AI) trend from various channel, like Group level, market,etc, and trying to introduce new technology into business with appropriate standard.
  • Organize and execute Innovative technology promotion activities, including online and offline training, demonstrations, sharing, etc..

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Minimum education level:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience :

• At least 5 years of work experience in Big data platform application development and related fields.
• Strong interest in AI/Generative AI application, and familiar with AI domain knowledge. Experience in AI/Generative AI project would be preferred.
• Project management experience required.
• Experience in cross-departmental collaboration, including cooperation with various business units and global information technology teams.

Skills and competencies :

• Proficient in Python programming skills.
• In-depth understanding of big data technologies (such as Hadoop, Spark, etc.) and database technologies (such as SQL, NoSQL, etc.).
• Good data analysis and visualization skills, familiar with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
• Familiarity with common AI and machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch,LangChain,etc.
• Good communication and report writing skills, able to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical personnel.
• Good training skills to share technical information such as big data, AI, etc.
• English can be used as a working language
• Manufacturing industry experience would be plus.

Nice to have：

• Data project experience with SAP as the core data source.
