What youll do:

You will work in a scrum team to:

• Assist global team to arrange/facilitate cross region meetings.
• Assist global finance controller to complete Asia Pacific financial report (process is given)
• Assist the 3rd party contract process
• Facilitate global on duty schedule
• Assist internal project management

What you bring:

Were looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Excellent English communication skills (Oral + Email Written), experience of working with foreigners virtually.
• Familiar with Office tools, Excel, Teams, Slides
• Nice to have exchange student experience
• Can work for minimum 3 days a week for at least 6 months onsite in Shanghai.

Meet your team:

Being part of the IT Services organization, Solution Management and Operation(SMO) team is responsible for the end-to-end operation of SAP´s internal mission critical services based on SAP´s own or other innovative technologies to run our global business.

SMO is responsible for the complete life cycle management (building, maintaining and operating) of the internal end-to-end hybrid solutions and business systems landscapes, balancing innovations and stable operations. With our highly motivated international teams, we drive and execute all required activities based on an end-to-end approach and facilitate all functions like design, production, and service of those landscapes.

The implementation of latest technologies like S/4HANA and SAP´s Cloud products is the foundation of SAP´s digital transformation. We closely work together with the development teams at SAP on a variety of Co-Innovation projects and act as SAP´s first customer.
