SD4G (Sustainable Development for Generations) is an Boehringer unique/one of most important initiative to help meet the future needs of our patients, animals, communities, and environment. To achieve this long-term ambition, we have developed a 3-pillar framework (in alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals) as our directions forward. Under each strategy pillar, we have identified several areas that we want to impact with explicit goals. In Boehringer China, more than 5 company-level umbrella initiatives are on-going to cover below 3 pillars, with a high exposure at global level.

Responsibilities

• Support to develop TCM SD4G strategy

• Assist department head to develop & articulate TCM SD4G strategy via delivering high-quality contents and analysis.
• Be able to translate TCM SD4G strategies into clear plans, actions and KPIs
• Keep updated with the SD4G environment in TCM and in Corporate SD4G network – to analyze and identify trends and disruptions in the market space that will impact the SD4G strategy for TCM

-Govern and Drive successful TCM SD4G initiatives implementation

• Oversee and drive the timely, efficient and successful execution of SD4G strategic initiatives via working closely with TCM cross-functions as well as Corporate SD4G network

-Activate and Energize TCM SD4G community

• Lead to build and implement the TCM SD4G activation plan
• Energize the TCM SD4G community via leading the implementation of programs aligned with TCM CMD

-Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize the impact of TCM SD4G initiatives Qualifications

• University degree, preferably in scientific or business subjects (pharmaceutical, biology, economics, etc.), Advanced degree a plus (Masters, MBA).
• 5+ years of working experience, preferably with 3+ years of management consulting experience within global consulting firm (focusing on life science, healthcare, animal health) or Pharmaceutical / Animal Health industry in China.
• Excellent oral and written English.
• Excellent working attitude and values; Striving with passion
• Solid data analytical, excel modeling, PowerPoint and presentation skills.
• Strategic planning, and/or other analytical experience preferred.
• Understanding importance of prioritization.
