To complete all Level 1 service delivery tasks for Seafreight as per standard operating procedures (SOP) and key performance indicators (KPI).

Your responsibilities

• To complete all specified Level 1 service delivery tasks as instructed.
• To escalate issues as required via standard operating procedures.
• To complete other ad-hoc tasks of a level 1 nature as requested by Section Leader.
