Responsibilities
  • Identifies and targets high-potential leads and prospects through research, industry knowledge, and market insights; develops a strategic approach to reach out to key decision-makers.
  • Cultivates strong and lasting relationships with prospects by understanding their businesses, needs, and pain points; acts as a trusted advisor throughout the sales journey.
  • Utilizes advanced sales techniques, such as consultative selling, solution selling, and value-based selling, to effectively communicate the value of products or services and align them with prospects needs.
  • Manages the entire sales process for more intricate deals, which may involve multiple stakeholders, longer decision-making timelines, and customized solutions.
  • Leads negotiations, contract discussions, and pricing conversations with prospects, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
  • Mentors and provides guidance to junior members of the sales team. Share best practices, insights, and strategies to enhance the teams overall performance.

Education & Experience Recommended
  • High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 8+ years of related work experience, preferably in inside sales or tele sales, or a related field.
