Job Description:

Legal Intern (China)

The key responsibilities include:

  • Collecting and collating signed contracts, and checking they are signed by both parties.
  • Inputting data from those contracts from Chinese into English.
  • Legal translation between English and Chinese.
  • Legal research and other work assigned by legals in daily work if required.

The ideal applicant will meet the following criteria:

  • Graduate student;
  • Strong written and verbal English and Mandarin communication skills;
  • Passed College English Test (CET- 6 or above) or equivalent English language test;
  • Passed P.R.C. bar exam is preferred;
  • Embraces innovative legal delivery services solutions, including use of technology and process to improve effectiveness/efficiency of delivery of legal services.

Working Environment

  • Office based: Chaoyang, Beijing/Work From Home
  • Working hours: One day every week; plus 3 extra days at the end of every Quarter.
  • DXC is a dynamic and friendly place to work. You will be expected to work at a self-managed and efficient pace.
