以客户为中心,领导区域市场推广团队，结合市场策略卓越执行本地/区域项目；

在品牌策略指导下，执行和支持大型品牌推广项目/活动；同时支持中央市场部相关品牌推广活动。

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
主要工作职责

1. 领导项目执行:

领导区域市场推广团队，确保GSK的区域推广活动高质量开展；

领导区域市场推广团队与重点外部专家保持良好的沟通，以支持区域推广会议 ; 领导区域市场推广团队了解区域市场环境，寻找机会，并在年度计划中提出建设性意见;

2. 客户接洽 （主要和HCO）

增加本地活动，以扩大GSK当地HCO的覆盖面；

识别，计划和建立与潜在外部专家/机构的合作关系；

确保HCO/ EE的资质和材料符合GSK的要求

3. 领导区域执行市场卓越的执行力和反馈

为区域执行经理提供指导和支持，以提升其需要具备的能力和技巧；

利用区域执行经理的项目管理能力为营销活动和TA项目提供支持；

确保所用资料审批通过，并及时反馈，确保内容传递的有效性。

4.团队管理与能力提升管

提升团队跨部门协调沟通合作能力，加强与关键内部客户如与市场部，商业运营部，商业卓越部和合规部的合作

Qualifications/Requirements (Education / Experience / Competencies)

申请资格 / 职位要求 (教育背景 / 工作经验 / 知识与技能)

• 本科以上学历，相关医药专业优先
• 3年以上跨国企业公司销售或者市场营销经验
• 有人员管理发展经验优先
• 项目管理经验；表达及培训能力
• 良好的沟通能力，英语口语和商务写作能力
• 能熟练的使用办公软件( WORD, PowerPoint, Excel等)
• 团队合作能力，愿意主动做出改变
• 有上进心，为人热情，以绩效为导向
