Your Role

• As the key contact to customer after machine delivery to manage the progress of erection and

commissioning until the equipment is handed over to customer.

• Make working hours forecast for the erection and commissioning job.

• Contact customer to confirm site condition and start time of erection and commissioning.

• Organize handover meeting and data preparation before engineer departure.

• Coordinate other department or company to give time support when necessary.

• Check project progress and feedback to operation supervisor when necessary.

• If contracted working time used out contact customer to sign charge rate and feedback to

AM sales.

• When erection or commissioning job finished check “job progress” in CMS to be sure

all necessary file submitted.

• Organize close out meeting.

• Follow up the punch list until all points closed.

• Summarize problems in site and feedback to related departments.

To succeed, you will need

Experience requirements

• More than 2 years experience within a multinational or exporting machinery company in

package engineering, order handling, project management and/or field service.

Knowledge

• Comprehensive technical knowledge about design, packaging, quality inspection and

operation procedures of tailor made machines, ideally about integrally geared centrifugal

compressor.

• Knowledge in thermodynamics and rotor dynamics are a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office, SAP knowledge will be a plus.

Educational requirements

• University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering or equivalent.

Personality requirements

• Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
• Self driven and pro-active

• Willing to travel.
