Packaging Developer

As our [Packaging Developer], you are mainly to handle new initiatives pack development focus on Body and Skin care, and give technical support to in-house plant. Reporting to the Manager, Packaging Development. You will get to work across with R&D functions, and other related department, achieve success and develop expertise in packaging activities.
Your main focus : Manage the new in-house initiative project as end-to-end model facing primary and secondary packaging delivery; Technical support on activities of Wujiang in-house plant, like spec system/test method training, onsite trouble shooting and production support related to pack part; Responsible for concept cost to meet marketing expectation with right quality; Lead CQV plan include homologation, compatibility and line trial to finalize proper spec; Undertake the tooling and mold qualification/management; Execute and evaluate related homologation test with specific analysis and perspective; Key user of Spec system with creating codes and all related FG/pack specification input; Contribute on Sustainability and E-com pack study. Work closely within R&D team. Good connection with plant and all business partners. Collaboration on all technical point and development timing. Research/Insight and responsible on the new packaging trend and new innovation ideas

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to ( packaging development ). As the role, y ou get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you: At least 3 years related experience on packaging development, better cosmetics area. Has IM,IBM validation experience is preferred; Be familiar with different category of finish goods and type of components. Well master all test protocol for different type material; Above Bachelor degree, prefer in Packaging/Polymer Science/Chemical Engineering or relevant industrial expertise; Fluent written and spoken English skills. Better with prototype and illustration design capabilities. Demonstrate self-starter qualities, including analytical, creative, positive and forward thinking attitudes Possess excellent communication skill with various group.
