Job Responsibilities

lReport and Resource Administration: Coordinate daily report preparation, overtime tracking, application and management of warehouse consumables and packaging materials, encompassing work planning, progress updates, and task follow-up.

lData Monitoring and Analysis: Analyze daily inbound and outbound data, summarize findings, and identify operational issues, reporting them promptly to superiors.

lKPI Monitoring and Improvement: Track and analyze KPIs for inbound, packaging, and outbound processes, communicating with relevant departments for improvement on underperforming areas.

lCost Analysis and Control: Analyze costs associated with inbound, packaging, and outbound activities, identifying cost control points and proposing improvements.

lUnder minimal supervision, coordinates operations through interaction with operations management. Coordinates activities for different areas like Inbound, Outbound, Kitting, etc. based on direction from Operations management.

lHealth, Safety & Environmental (HSE)

lStop work and immediately report any major injury hazards.

lReport any work-related injury, illness, incident or hazard.

lComply with HSE standards, policies, procedures & regulations.

lUse appropriate personal protective equipment.

lFollows all applicable standard work, work instruction/process documentation and established quality procedures.

lPerforms quality checks for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices.

lIdentifies and controls non-conforming material.

lDelivery

lReceive incoming goods, accurately sort, label/package, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space.

lOperates manual and automated equipment to pick, pack and ship product per the customer expectations.

lDemonstrates a high level of competency in core work skills.

lWorks at the required cycle time or defined engineering standard.

lTeamwork

lCommunicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams.

lEnsures training completion in line with business requirements.

lSeeks ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.

lEnsures clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks and supports planned operator care and maintenance tasks.

lRemains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet business goals.

lWorks with peers, skilled trades and support staff to maintain and identify equipment in need of repair.

Qualifications

lOperational Understanding: Familiarity with daily operations and procedures in a parts warehouse.

lData Analytics Skills: Strong analytics skills with proficiency in tools such as PowerBI, Access, SQL, PowerQuery, Power Pivot. High sensitivity to data trends and capable of producing independent analysis reports.

lWork Ethic: Willingness to work overtime and able to handle work pressure.

lCommunication Skills: Demonstrated strong communication skills for effective interaction within and outside the team.

lEducation: Bachelors degree or above.

lLanguage Proficiency: Passed College English Test Band 4 with good reading and writing skills in English.

lWarehouse Inventory Control - Manages physical inventory utilizing inventory control methodologies to maintain inventory and meet customer expectations.

lWarehouse Operations - Utilizes warehousing tools, systems, and methodologies to meet defined metrics for inbound and outbound operations of a warehouse.

lTrade Knowledge Application - Applies knowledge of relevant trade regulations to Cummins processes and systems to minimize trade risks and costs.

lMode Selection - Evaluates and selects appropriate transportation mode and equipment type by lane through shipment volume analysis against business requirements to provide optimal shipping method (balance cost, quality and time).

Education, Licenses, Certifications

lHigh school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

lA two year University degree from an accredited program in Business, Engineering or a relevant field of study preferred.

lThis position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience

lRequires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience in a related field such as logistics, warehousing and third party logistics provider management.
