  • Drive WeChat CRM Recruitment with Cross Function Team: Start of Life/Pro Breeder/DNA Recruitment
  • Optimize PO Journey on WeChat CRM Miniapp to Provide Convenient and Professional Consumer Experience to Drive Active Rate
  • Design and Deploy Pet Owner Journey from Start of Life to Adolescent to Adult to Senior and Finally Extend the LTV
  • Design and Deploy the Pet Owner H5 Activation on WeChat

KPI: Recruitment/Engagement/LTV

30% of Time WeChat Store Biz Operation

  • Design and Deploy D2C Recruitment, Sample Trail, 1st Purchase Conversion and Retention to Maximize AUS for WeChat Store
  • Design and Deploy Promotion Calendar, Communication Plan, Promotion Mechanics, and Achieve Sales Target
