Job Purpose
  • Comply with the companys safety policy and make full use of the life saving rules and Golden principle.
  • Comply with the companys price management rules to ensure that the calculated price is correct and approved.
  • Ensure the integrity and traceability of the contract approval process
  • Ensure the integrity of new customer qualification and the correctness of data for creating new customers
Key Accountabilities
  • Familiar with sample process and OTC process.
  • Quote products according to customers needs, complete internal approval process and ensure correct prices
  • Sort out and check the customers product price list, pass it to the CSR and track the maintenance progress
  • According to the new customer creation process, collect customer qualifications, complete the new customer creation in CRM and MDG systems, and ensure the correctness of customer basic data.
  • Complete the contract application process to ensure that the contract signing conforms to the companys contract management policy
  • Classified management of all customer data, quotations, approval emails and contract documents
  • other related works as a backup role.
Experience

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. Experience in customer service

3. Familiar with SAP and Powder BI system and be skilled in data analysis

3. Native local and English (both written and spoken)
