Description and Requirements 岗位描述： 1. 负责制定中长期预测发布供应商，提前进行产能的布局和供应风险管理； 2. 负责制定26周的需求发布给供应商，推进26周交期commit比率达到99%； 3. 负责机构件供应商产能及模具管理（模具产能评估/模寿管理等）； 4. 负责交期稳定性的管理，推进26周交期的达成，确保生产的顺利；缺料的及时Highlight及快速解决； 5. 负责关键二三级供应商的长期供应风险及市场状态反馈； 6. 负责根据库存的上下限要求，推进供应商进行库存水位的补货，确保DOS的指标合理化； 7. 负责物料Liability的管理； 8. 负责关注市场需求变化，提出关键物料的战略备货，做好供需平衡； 9. 负责供应商的月度季度年度考评。 任职要求： 1. 本科以上学历，机械设计或电子工程相关专业背景，了解手机行业的特点和物料特点； 2. 具有5年以上物料计划或采购相关工作经验； 3. 具备负责过ODM的物控经验； 4. 具备良好的英语书写和听说能力； 5. 熟悉SAP和I2系统，能熟练操作EXCEL/WORD/PPT，对于数据有较强的敏感度； 6. 具备较强组织沟通、协调推动能力，抗压能力强； 7. 认真仔细，责任心强，具有良好的团队合作精神。
