Influence on view of increasing V&B market shares in China and meeting the sustainable
business and growth & profitability targets
Drive retail sales growth, showroom management and sell out via excellent retail planning and execution of the right product, pricing, place
and promotion
Main Position Tasks :
1. Task : Retail strategy and New Market Development:
- To identify & evaluate appropriate Route-To-Market strategies including geographic expansion via new showroom/new distributors/subdealers,
- Recruitment of new exclusive V&B distributors and support of the distributor system to cover gaps and areas where performance needs to
- To ensure excellent execution of agreed sales plans and market share of 3-year long range plan.
- To lead and manage showroom development/expansion plan and highlight further business opportunities in addition to those identified by
- Add new V&B full product mono-brand showrooms and upgrade non-conforming showrooms;
- Flagship showroom strategy, 26 key cities flagship showroom establishment and improve the quality, image, product display and sales
3. Task : Promotion Mechanism & Retail Sell out:
- To lead and develop national level promotion mechanism and work together with Product Marketing, Trade Marketing, SCM and own
- To manage and track retail sell out performance closely, and
- Market activities unified management and supervise the implementation, through the promotional mechanism/small program, to enhance
- Work with product team on retail product and pricing strategy based on consumers’ needs and competitiveness assessment and drive
- Jointly with digital marketing department and tools to realize VB private domain customers linking and tracking showroom sales and
- Manage retail marketing campaigns, showroom design, distribution policies, store management and be accountable for KPI achievement
4. Task : Retail Sales Channel Development
- Jointly with digital marketing department and tools to realize VB private domain customers linking showroom sales and designer
- Red star / Easy-home /CIMEN / Aye / RERLook strategic cooperation, showroom drop, national promotions, opening, distribution
- HOME DECO Channel Expansion and Strategic Signing Terms of trade/products/payment/activities national strategic framework
- Retail trainer, curriculum development / internal training / H2 for distributor, showrooms, channels for external output
- Manage big retail channel planning in coordination with online channels to synchronize online and offline
- Demonstrate strong leadership & being the role model for all retail teams
- Direct and lead team to ensure excellent retail execution based on company strategy and direction
- Ensure cross - functional needs are incorporated in business/strategy action Plans
- Review performance of direct reports; guide & motivate to
- achieve or exceed objectives;
- Contributes to developing the China BW Retail team, recruiting, training, promotions, etc.
Education : University Degree with demonstrated analytical skill
Type and length of necessary job experience :
- At least 10 years experience in sales and marketing especially Retail sales Development, distributors management and consumer point of
industries:
- A competent sales leader with good track record;
- Strong analysis and logical ability; clear structured thinking. Good capability to analyze complicated problem;
- High business acumen, as well as good business planning, negotiation and express ability.
- Must build and sustain a collaborative partnership with internal & external stakeholders to achieve an open and coherent culture amidst
- Should be an excellent presenter, self-confident while a team player.
- Comfortable on frequent travel across China.
