Responsible for accounting operation for RDSL, including providing advice to new biz mode, comply with IFRs & local accounting law requirement, and enable finance operation simplification & optimization.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for tracking accounting KPI and dashboard to provide insight to stakeholders & management.

2.Support financial statutory report and statistical report preparation according to local regulation.

3.Leverage professional skills and biz acumen, deliver accounting treatment for new business mode and scenarios.

4.Support Internal Audit / KPMG audit and ensure RDSL accounting meet Internal Audit/KPMG audit/ICFR.

5.Support company/global project, solutions & initiatives, input local accounting insights for smooth transition.

6. Understand Roche Share Service Center Operation and Principle, drive business outcome through synergy & sharing.

7. Continuously learn in data literacy, artificial intelligence, and new tools and techniques improve accounting operation efficiency and quality.

8.Work across affiliates to assess financial impact and propose solutions due to global accounting & reporting change.

9.Prepare & update Accounting related SOP/DoA in time.

10. Demonstrate diversified thinking and open minded, and be available to overseas assignment & project.

11.Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager.

12. Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection.

13.Understand and fulfill the responsibility of line managers SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook).

You should have：

At least 2 year’s accounting/auditing/tax related experience in multinational or accounting firms

Familiar with IAS & PRC Accounting Standard /PRC Tax laws , regulation

At least 3 Years Accounting related experience
