Job Description
1. Promotion plan
- Track key competitor promotion plan and give insight
- Work closely with sales and mkting team to develop trade mkting/promotion plan for both online and offline channel
- Review the promotion plan and channel feedback，formulate solutions and implement them
2. Business projection
- Product pricing
- Profitability simulation of business investment/new business model
- Sales projection of online and offline
- Budget allocation in different channel and activity
3. ROI/Expense tracking
- Daily track D2C investment and performance to give insight for mkting and Sales team to invest more effectively
- Track offline ROI by campaign base like Pop-up store
4. Demand Planning
Work with supply/sales/mkting team to manage demand planning to ensure the product supply and stock control
5. Business intelligence and Report
- Key indicator collection of key competitor such as consumer portfolio/market share and ranking/WOB by city/UV construction, etc.
- Weekly/monthly sellin and sellout
6. Sales operation supporting
Qualification
- TMKT/EC/Finance background of beauty/consumer industry is preferred
- Good sense of data
- Excellent excel skill
- Good sense of responsibility and willing to learn new things
