Critical Analyses and Customer Insight

• Mine available internal channel data to gather insights and develop hypothesis-driven decision-making and channel solutions.
• Perform stakeholder mapping, landscape assessment, and patient journey/health system gap analyses to understand current challenges and gaps limiting optimized access to Roche medicines
• Cultivate strong relationships between Roche and channel customers by developing a deep customer understanding and contributing impactful, value-add, customer-oriented ideas and solutions

Translates identified market and customer needs into tangible solutions and has fearless, bold mindset in exploring and pursuing new approaches and ideas. Quickly adapts and refines solutions to meet evolving customer needs and dynamic landscape.

Cross-functional Leadership

Lead cross-functional teams (including BU, MCA and other Access functions) to develop portfolio-wide, fit-for-purpose solutions that leverage full potential suite of capabilities/offerings of distribution customers

Drive for Results

Translate insights into practical design of channel solutions and initiatives. Pursue and implement pilots in partnership with channel customers, leveraging emerging platforms such as digital solutions and online platforms that support positive evolution of current distribution strategy and model and improves access to Roche medicines. Leverage a customer-centric approach to build Roche, Business Customer, Patient win-win-win solutions
