- Assist the investment project team in conducting preliminary financial due diligence work and provide professional guidance and advice.
- Responsible for reviewing the risks of potential investment projects, issuing financial risk control opinions, and submitting them to the investment committee for decision-making.
- Responsible for organizing third-party financial due diligence and managing due diligence agencies after project initiation.
- Continuously monitor and analyze the operational performance and financial risk of invested companies, provide timely warnings of financial risks, offer risk control recommendations, and supervise the investment project team in post-investment management.
- Other investment project risk control management related matters.
- Bachelors degree or above in Accounting, Auditing, Financial Management, or related fields from well-known domestic or foreign universities.
- 5-8 years of experience in FDD/auditing background from top accounting firms and financial risk control experience in private equity (PE).
- Capable of independently conducting financial due diligence work, with experience in chemical engineering, new materials, or related projects being preferred.
- Strong communication skills, adaptability, clear logical thinking ability, capable of effectively presenting and negotiating.
- Possessing strong professional ethics, being meticulous and diligent in work, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility, and collaborative team spirit.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
