职位描述:
负责对充电桩新产品电气系统方案的设计及评审；样机阶段及批量生产阶段过程中电气问题的处理与解决处理；SOP、电气接线图&原理图、BOM等相关技术文件的编制与更新；协助售前或售后提供必要的技术支持工作，解决产品实际使用过程中的问题

主要职责:
1. 承担电气新方案选型与可行性评估，详细设计文档撰写；
2. 根据客户需求，通过与客户或者售前技术人员沟通，负责充电桩产品电气系统方案设计与评审，包括：电气件选型、电缆选型、电气原理图、电气接线图、线束图、BOM整理等电气设计工作；
3. 负责样机阶段的电气试装与调试及问题收集与解决、电气系统的验证测试，处理测试阶段的电气问题和改进措施等。
4. 编写作业指导书，指导生产车间装配、调试等工作，并负责处理测试过程中出现的技术故障；
5. 产品优化工作，根据产品使用和测试中出现的问题，结合产品成本目标和用户售后现场的使用情况反馈，对已有产品进行电气方案或器件的优化；
6. 协助售前或售后提供必要的技术支持工作，解决产品实际使用过程中的问题，继而提出解决方案，并输出相应的总结文档；
7. 协助结构工程师完成电控柜结构部分的设计；
8. 根据工作需求整理一些平台需要的文档等。

经验和资格要求:
1. 电气工程及其自动化、机电一体化、自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历；
2. 3年以上电气设计经验（技术方案、售后安装调试、工程跟进经验等），有独立承担项目经验的优先；
3. 熟练使用CAD制图软件、office办公软件等，具有良好的沟通和书面表达能力；
4. 熟悉CAN、485、232等通讯总线；
5. 了解结构设计基本知识，对充电桩内部器件选型、布局安装、内部行线固定等有较强的分析处理能力；
6. 熟悉低压电器通用元器件的性能及选型等；
7. 熟悉高低压配电行业、充电桩行业的国标或行标；
8. 熟悉充电桩、低压开关柜及相关产品的电气设计；
9. 可以与工艺、软硬件、售前、售后人员配合，完成产品设计，解决产品实际使用问题；能与结构工程师积极配合，保持良好沟通，互相审核把关，互相协助设计方案及进度。
