职位描述：
- 月度需求计划管理。
- 运用市场数据和统计分析工具，协助业务部门制定24个月的需求计划。
- 建立供应链与市场、销售、财务等功能部门之间的有效沟通，确保出厂预测符合市场需求。
- 每月Pre-IBP流程管理。
- 执行质量管理体系的要求，确保产品计划符合相关法规和默克生物制药总部的标准。
- 核实供货单位的合法资格、所购入产品的合法性以及供货单位销售人员的合法资格，保证从合法的供货单位进货。
- 执行首营企业和首营品种的有关规定。
- 支持药品的采购、退换货。
- 与供应商进行短期/长期供应沟通，确保无供应缺口。
- 参与IBP及外部S&OP会议并提供相关数据支持。
- 对于注册变更，准备产品备货计划以确保无断货风险及近效期风险。
- 负责SAP订单的处理和追踪。
- 建立和维护产品和供应商GTS证照。
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历。
- 英语流利，愿意与外国同事共事。
- 潜力大，思维敏捷，学习能力强。
- 学习敏捷，适应能力强。
