Job Responsibilities
  • Provide logistics support and administrative work to function meetings and activities to make sure holding smoothly.
  • Support function head on budget planning and tracking.
  • Manage the purchasing and contracting, payment and invoice release in time. Support activities of cross-functional collaboration, if needed.
-Assist in designated administrative details (logistic support for new hires, documents archiving, system maintenance, tasks assigned by function head, etc). -Ensure the support follow standard processes, LWI/SOP and Compliance requirements.
Qualifications
  • Education/Degree Requirements: Bachelor degree;
  • Language skills & proficiency: Good command of written and verbal English;
Required capabilities (skills, experience, competencies):
  • Must be a team player with good interpersonal and communication skill;
  • Good at Microsoft Office and English speaking;
